2. Use of the Platform

• You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements to use our platform.
• Koorsa is a marketplace that connects Users and Providers. We do not own, operate, or control any of the vehicles listed on the platform.
• Users and Providers are responsible for any agreements or contracts made between them. Koorsa is not liable for disputes or issues arising from such agreements.

3. Registration and Account Security

• To use certain features, you must register and create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities occurring under your account.
• Koorsa reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect fraudulent activities or breaches of these Terms.

4. Booking and Payments

• Koorsa may facilitate bookings and payment processing between Users and Providers. However, the actual rental contract is between the User and the Provider.
• Payment terms, including cancellation policies, will be outlined by each Provider. It is the User’s responsibility to understand and agree to these terms before making a booking.
• Koorsa is not responsible for any cancellations, disputes, or additional charges imposed by Providers.

5. Listing Vehicles (Providers)

• Providers are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information, including vehicle availability, pricing, and condition.
• Providers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to car rentals in their respective jurisdictions.
• Koorsa reserves the right to remove or modify listings that violate our policies or terms.

6. User Responsibilities

• Users must ensure that they meet all requirements set by Providers, including but not limited to valid driver's licenses and age restrictions.
• Users must inspect the vehicle before renting and report any issues to the Provider. Koorsa is not responsible for the condition or maintenance of vehicles.
• Users agree to use vehicles in a safe, lawful manner and adhere to the rental agreement’s terms.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in the following:

• Using the platform for unlawful purposes or promoting illegal activities.
• Interfering with the operation of the platform or accessing it in a manner not authorized by Koorsa.
• Posting false or misleading information, including fake listings or reviews.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• Koorsa is an intermediary platform. We do not own or operate any vehicles, nor are we involved in transactions between Users and Providers. We are not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from the use of vehicles rented through our platform.
• Our services are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. Koorsa does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or quality of the listings, content, or services offered.

9. Indemnification

• You agree to indemnify and hold Koorsa, its affiliates, employees, and partners harmless from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising out of:
• Your breach of these Terms or violation of any applicable laws.
• Your use of the platform or services.
• Disputes arising between Users and Providers.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on Koorsa, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is owned by or licensed to Koorsa and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without explicit permission.
